I have a crystal table lamp (E14 bulbs). One LED bulb failed and the centre lampholder is burnt, so the lamp no longer works. It’s mains powered, double-insulated (no transformer). Could you please let me know the cost to replace the E14 holder and test the wiring/switch? I can bring the lamp to your shop.

My lamp sometimes switches on, most of the time it doesn’t. It is operated by a switch. When it does switch on after a while it frickles and then switches off. I tried changing the bulb but it doesn’t make any difference. It’s a halogen lamp. We think this happens because the bulb heats up. Perhaps it would be better to convert it to LED so it doesn’t overheat? Could you help? I would like a quote to repair it and details of any guarantee. Elisa, NW6 3QA Many thanks
