Glass screen to be siliconed into the floor

Our glass shower screen has been purchased and needs to be installed in exchange for the shower curtain that currently exists. We have recently bought a metal vanity that needs to be drilled into place on the bathroom wall. We have a single glass pane shower screen (800cm) that we need taken down and a new folding screen put in its place (metal, 4 panels, glass inside, 1m). I'm not sure I could drill the holes right to get the water tight seal at the bottom, so I need some help. (Ignore circle in second photo)

Repair Loose Shower Screen Glass shower screen has come away from the tiled wall and needs to be securely re-fixed and resealed. There are 3 wall plugs. Likely requires replacing/repairing the wall fixings, and applying new bathroom silicone around the base as a small trim tile came away about 6cm. Looking for someone experienced with glass shower screen installation/repairs. Please supply necessary fixings/materials.

I have two brand new glass shower screens that need to be assembled and installed in my bathroom. Please bring necessary drilling equipment to safely drill into tile!!!!! I will try prep the area as much as possible, but you may be required to remove some old sealant from the old shower screens which will be removed prior to your arrival. I have not checked whether the new shower screens come with screws etc, so please bring anything you may need, including sealant etc. Please use clear sealant, not white!!!
