I need someone who can mend two holes in a plasterboard wall. I also need to exchange to normal door handles for two door handles that lock automatically when the door closes.

Need ladder or steps to access coal cellar. It is difficult to attach a step to the wall as the plasterboard is attached to a metal frame. There is then a thick plastic dampproofing membrane behind that that I am worried about piercing. Perhaps best solution is a retractable ladder. Currently using a step ladder. If we can't add ladder or steps, then we can add handles on either side of coal cellar entrance so there is something to hold when using step ladder.

Front door handle is coming away from the door and not sitting flush against the surface. It feels slightly loose and may need tightening or refitting properly. Looking for someone to assess and fix so the handle is secure and properly aligned. Experience with door handle/lock repairs preferred.
