The hanging pole in our wardrobe has fallen down as two of the middle wall fixings have come loose and come away, so these would need reattaching and securing back into the top. We’ve attached photos of the fixtures, screws and the wardrobe for reference. There are also fixtures at either side that may need securing as well. We’re missing a few screws for the fittings which have got lost - would prefer if you’re able to provide these.

In order of priority: 1) A loose tap on kitchen sink needs someone with an appropriate box spanner to tighten the nuts underneath the sink. 2) An outside window needs 12 mil pvc trim to be siliconed in from a ladder. It’s 10 feet off the ground. I have the pvc trim. 3) There are two spotlights in the kitchen ceiling that need the bulbs replaced and transformers inserted.
