A flat belt drive for my treadmill needs replacing as the current one is damaged. This causes the treadmill to stall badly when someone goes on it. I have attached an image of the treadmill and the belt - could you advise where i can buy this or purchase this and inform me of the cost. I am happy to negotiate the overall price within reason

The blind is only rolling up on one side and it causes tthe blind to not roll up properly. I think a wire might have seperated from the mechanism

We have a pleated Velux blind that is only half-installed on the skylight above our staircase, and we weren’t able to complete the installation. We suspect this is due to an installation mistake, made more difficult by the height and limited access over the staircase.
