We need silicone / sealant replaced on two sinks. The first sink is made of stone and there appears to be water seeping through so we think the sealant inside the basin needs replacing. The second sink is in the kitchen and the silicone between the bench top and the wall has worn away.

Help is needed to repair a Rationel balcony door handle which is wobbly and where the mechanism gets stuck inside, making the door increasingly difficult to close. It's not clear to me whether the wobbliness and the catching are due to the same issue. The handle connects to an espagnolette door system. There is no handle on the other side.
