We already have the new Mixer valve, we need the current one removed and new one fitted only.

The kitchen sink pipe is loose, and even when the water is turned off, it keeps leaking.

I’m having a drainage issue in the kitchen. The sink drains very slowly, and when I run the washing machine or dishwasher, dirty water rises up into the sink. I haven’t yet attempted to clean the trap, we used a drain unblocker but it feels pretty blocked up. We need help inspecting the waste pipe system and clearing the blockage, and restoring normal draining. While you're here would appreciate you checking the bathrooms as well.

The window is jammed, NOT painted in. It just needs to close. Awkward access, as it is a recessed window, behind the sink.

1)Faulty plastic pipes under 2 kitchen sinks they may need replacing of fixing as they don’t connect firmly enough. 2 Shower not draining. The shower feeds into a Saniflo but the pump is fine. There seems to be a drainage issue in the pipe from the shower. The loo and sink up there are fine. But fixes need to not damage the saniflo.

Hi, I need the attached Kitchen Sinkhole Screw to be unscrewed please so I can clean the area. It's very stubborn, I've tried lubricating it with WD-40 and attempting to unscrew it with no luck.

Mixer tap in kitchen to be replaced, I'd have a go myself by it's a very hard to each place and I don't want to mess things up. It's under a Belfast sink that has a wooden thing underneath to support the sink, so it's a tricky one to get to. Entry is through the small cupboard under the sink about 60cm wide and 50cm high. So it's a snug fit.

Washing machine needs to be connected to water supply under kitchen sink.. May need to add a new valve to pipework to allow connection. Plus a minor leak under sink, may need resealing or quick fix with plumbers mait.
