Remove bathroom basin and kitchen taps and replace with new similar ones

I want a new ceramic kitchen sink. I havnt yet ordered anything but have an idea of what I’d like.

The sealant from around the metal drainage board (kitchen sink) and lower edge along kitchen tiles needs replacing. Also the tap drips and Id like the washer replaced/adjusted to fix this.

Kitchen sink is severely blocked. We have hired a plumber twice but sink continues to be blocked. Bathroom sink is also leaking. Need drainage expert

Partial block, water goes down but after some time it rises to top and slowly drains. Tried metal snake quite a lot do dirt came out but still no luck

Kitchen sink blocked, water going in then coming out opposite sink

Need new sealant applied around the kitchen sink, worktop and bathtub. The old sealant has worn out and shows signs of discoloration and minor gaps. The job involves removing the existing sealant, cleaning, and applying fresh waterproof silicone sealant neatly to restore a clean, watertight finish. The bath panel needs sticking back to the tub and fix with sealant.

Kitchen sink tap loose at connection with granite top, needs securing

Please unblock kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bath plughole (I think U bend needs unscrewing/clearing in kitchen). I've tried to use sink and drain gel unblocker on bath but it doesn't work so may need manually clearing. (Please note task needs completing by Friday 5th morning latest).
