I would like to replace the silicone around my kitchen sink, bathtub and WC sink

I think the u bend is blocked and will need removing and cleared. I have tried baking soda and white vinegar followed by a stronger sink cleaner, and whilst it is better it is still not draining.

I’m looking for a plumber to attend and investigate a drainage issue in my kitchen. The problem started while the water from the washing machine start to back up into the kitchen sink, and the sink is now draining very slowly / has become blocked. The washing machine and kitchen sink share a common waste pipe, so there may be a blockage further down the drainage line. I would like someone to come out, identify the cause of the blockage, and carry out any necessary unblocking works.

I have a black composite kitchen sink that requires fitting along with taps.

Water flowing out from under kitchen sink. Quooker tap also now no longer turning on. It looks as though seal and pipes have come loose from under the sink. Needs fixing

the pipes under my sink, that seem connected to the dishwasher, are leaking everytime the dishwasher runs. I'm not sure how to remove it, but I suspect it needs to be cleaned.

We need silicone / sealant replaced on two sinks. The first sink is made of stone and there appears to be water seeping through so we think the sealant inside the basin needs replacing. The second sink is in the kitchen and the silicone between the bench top and the wall has worn away.

We’ve got new work tops installed that are thinner than the old ones so the gas line to the hob needs adjusting to fit the new top. We have also changed our single sink for a double sink and this needs plumbed in. Thank you!

Fix leak under kitchen sink and repair the woodwork

There is a leak in kitchen sink, when using the tap water coming under tbe sink cupboard. May not be waste pipe as when I used the tap for hose pipe attached, it was leaking down the sink.

We have a loose pipe that needs new sealant so it doesnt leak under the kitchen sink. We also have a drip from the back of our toilet that seems to be leaking water and some chemical.

Kitchen sink is dripping when the tap is running. The rubber seal has failed and needs to be replaced.
