Need a plumber to replace a 1.5 bowl sink & tap. New sink is 1010x525mm, replacing a 965×500mm one in a 600mm cabinet. Laminate worktop cutout needs widening. Inside the cabinet, the front support rail and side panels will need some notching/trimming so the deeper ceramic bowls drop flush. Plumbing: Install new tap, G 11/2" waste kit, and reconnect the washing machine drain hose. Labor only, all main parts supplied. Photos/ specs attached.

The sink is blocked. The waste pipe is twisty which has caused a problem in the past and now there is a leak too.

Kitchen sink blocked, water going in then coming out opposite sink

Need new sealant applied around the kitchen sink, worktop and bathtub. The old sealant has worn out and shows signs of discoloration and minor gaps. The job involves removing the existing sealant, cleaning, and applying fresh waterproof silicone sealant neatly to restore a clean, watertight finish. The bath panel needs sticking back to the tub and fix with sealant.

There is a slow leak coming from the kitchen sink which I don’t know how to fix and would like some help from a plumber.
