Managed to disconnect waste pipe under sink in kitchen. Need it reconnected and sealed.

Replace.a kitchen sink that is leaking

Drainage issues in kitchen sink. Water drains incredibly slowly and has to be left overnight to follow drain. Issue appears to be with the insinkerator unit. As per the final photo attached, turning the unit on spits out water (instead of it being drained), so potentially something is blocking the valve between the unit and the drain.

Old sink is 40 years old and broken, rusty. Leaking. Needs to be removed and replaced with new sink. All pipes need to be connected properly with copper piping where necessary. Plumber should have necessary certificate to show training and competence.

Our kitchen sink is blocked and we have tried chemical sink unblockers. It requires the ubend to be removed and cleaned and then reattached.

I need a plumber unblock the pipes in the kitchen sink. The drainage is shared with the washing machine so the water from the kitchen somehow gies to the washing machine.

Originally I had a insinkerator (sink with built-in garbage disposal) never used it but became a problem over time… I’ve now brought normal drain to install. I’ve giving it a go and have gotten the first part of the installation in. It’s the piping that I’m having difficulty with.

I have 3 tasks but happy for any one to be sorted. In order of priority: 1) A loose tap on kitchen sink needs someone with an appropriate box spanner to tighten the nuts underneath the sink. 2) An outside window needs 12 mil pvc trim to be siliconed in from a ladder. It’s 10 feet off the ground. I have the pvc trim. 3) There are two spotlights in the kitchen ceiling that need the bulbs replaced and transformers inserted.

Washing machine needs to be connected to water supply under kitchen sink.. May need to add a new valve to pipework to allow connection. Plus a minor leak under sink, may need resealing or quick fix with plumbers mait.

Purchase this water filters, however my sink seems to have a connection which is not common therefore the connectors provided don’t fit. I need someone who can figure this out and get the filters installed . Thanks

Fix a leaking isolation valve under kitchen sink

Kitchen sink tap is loose and wobbles when using. I would like someone to come and tighten it up. Screws under stone countertop seem to have come loose.
