Looking to replace our current stainless sink with a new granite composite one (very similar size, but about 5cm deeper). Job includes: - Remove old sink and tap - Fit new composite sink - Cut tap hole (needs proper hole saw for granite/composite) - Install new tap - Modify pipework underneath to allow for extra depth Please have the right tools for composite cutting. Want it fitted properly with no leaks.

Attached are photos of what my kitchen sink currently looks like. What I would really like to have is one of those waste drainers that can be removed, emptied into a bin and then replaced back into the sink. Unfortunately I believe it's not possible to add that feature onto my existing sink (correct me if i'm wrong). So I was wondering whether it would be possible to have my sink replaced and if so how much would it cost? I'm also attaching photos of a model of a sink I found but I would be very happy to any other suggestions that you may have for products.

Builders have been doing damp-proof course all round the house, and removed the pipe for access to the wall. Now it doesn't fit properly and leaks. I would like a new one to replace and fitted securely. As soon as possible, please!

As per description - kitchen sink tap is leaking when turned on, you can see the water leaking if you look at the waste pipes underneath the sink. Ideally today. Location is SW178TB. Paid parking available. Need to provide own materials+tools.

Washing machine needs to be connected to water supply under kitchen sink.. May need to add a new valve to pipework to allow connection. Plus a minor leak under sink, may need resealing or quick fix with plumbers mait.
