I need concrete base done for my garden shed. I’ve got cement, sand, MOT type one, cement mixer, spirit level, wheelbarrow and basically all tools needed. This is a job I can do on my own but due to time and child care needs I need someone to do it or someone who can come out and do it with me either tomorrow Saturday, Wednesday 20th or 25th bank holiday.

Hi, I’ve got a timber garden shed in my back garden in Luton that I want to turn into a proper usable workspace. I want to hear your recommendations. I want this converted into warm, dry, well-lit shed we can use comfortably year round. About 6 metres long, 2.5 metres wide, apex roof. Timber frame walls already built inside. Windows down one side. Wooden floor. One existing electrical socket already installed. What I’m looking to get done: The shed needs insulating throughout — walls, roof and floor. Once insulated it needs lining so it looks clean and finished inside. All gaps and draughts need sorting properly. The electrics need upgrading — I want more sockets, lighting, so I’m not relying on an extension lead. I want it done safely and correctly. Please tell me what you’d recommend for insulation — type, thickness, brand. Tell me what you’d use to line the walls and ceiling. Tell me what you’d do with the floor. Tell me what you’d do with the electrics and whether I need a separate consumer unit or can work off what’s there. Give me a full product list with your recommended quantities and where you’d source them. Then give me your total price for labour and a separate estimate if you can also supply the materials.

The shed is 10' x 6' flat pack in 3 boxes' says 2 people need for construction myself & another so one person needed with basic tools, the base is done. an afternoon should be enough time
