It is necessary to remove the old lamp and hang a chandelier

I have a glass wall frame, about 10 wooden wall frames (example photo attached), 2 chandelier lights to hang and a hall way mirror.

I need two jobs done one is to fit a Chandelier in my living room and the second job is to fit new light switches one for living room and for one bedroom. Qualified and years of experienced fitters needed for this job

I got 4 chandeliers and would like to fix them in replacement of the normal bulbs. 2 on the walk way, one in my room, th 4th one will be a dropping chandelier on top of the dinning table. The issue with the one that will be in the dinning table is , there’s no bulb space or lamp holder there as it’s just a normal empty ceiling. so would be good to have idea about been an electrician so as to find a way and do a neat job. Remove old hallway chandelier and install new one. Enlarge opening on wooden fuse box in hallway to be able to access the fuse, or remove front panel and reattach with hinges and magnetic catch. I have a ladder on the property.
