Looking for a flooring fitter to install LVT in a small bathroom (~2.2m²). Flooring (Karndean Knight Tile Grey Riven Slate, click system) already purchased. Job includes removing existing floor, preparing subfloor, fitting LVT, cutting around toilet/basin/bath, and neat finishing. Please advise if extra materials needed.
