I currently have a large combined socket panel on the wall, the wall is plasterboard (including power sockets, TV aerial, and phone/broadband point) positioned high up. I would like this removed and all services relocated lower down the same wall. Scope of work: - Safely remove the existing socket panel - Relocate/extend existing wiring downward within the wall - Install new fittings lower down, including: - Two double plug sockets - One TV aerial socket - One phone/broadband socket For the original socket position: - All wiring to be safely terminated or removed as required - The opening to be fully filled (not just covered), including plaster or filler - The surface to be smoothed and level with the surrounding wall, ready for painting (no visible holes, gaps, or rough edges) Additional notes: - I will provide the socket faceplates (plug sockets, TV, and phone) - Please advise in advance if any additional materials are required Photo attached for reference.

I currently have a hallway with a single gang switch at each end of the hallway which operate two ceiling light fittings. I want these replaced with two gang fittings so that I can operate each light separately (or have both on together). Also, one of the ceiling lights has broken (it’s an old bayonet fitting) and I’d want that replaced with another flush single bulb screw fitting. It’s a very low ceiling so there’s just space for a bulb, basically. I can buy any fixtures needed and I’ll purchase the two gang light switches if you confirm that it’s possible.

Fix electrics in bedroom (outlet is 'hot' and zaps me when touched) and two bulbs out in the bedroom which need to be fixed / changed. Also need help hanging a small/mediumish sized mirror and a small/mediumish sized disco ball, neither super heavy. We have a ladder but our ceilings are very low so might not even be needed. Please don't offer if your price ask is going to be wildly different than what my budget is.
