Please give quote for work with EICR cert included after completion of work. Property is a 2 bedroom maisonette The installation is unsatisfactory for continued safe operation. Service head is secured and free from mechanical damage with no sign of deterioration. Main earthing and bonding are in place with low continuity measurements taken. The DB enclosure is constructed of combustible material. No circuits are protected with additional protection via 30mA RCD modules. Connection between conductor and overload protective devices is satisfactory. PVC/PVC cabling is satisfactory for continued use. Accessories show no signs of significant damage or deterioration. It will require a 10 way CCU consumer unit. Full report details can be shared if required as unable to load to the platform.
