Electric lights not working in hallway Led x 3 possibly all need replacing have bulbs. Could be something else checked fuse

Current boiler failed due to water damage. I have purchased a brand new electric boiler exactly the same and need qualified engineer to remove old one and install new one to benefit of the warranty that comes with it. It's a SlimJim by Electrical Heating Company Additionally, the whole system includes a water tank that needs servicing as part of new boiler installation.

We have two outdoor sensor lights that I suspect have water in the system from the rain yesterday. They are low level on a staircase to the basement, so no ladder is needed The outdoor sensor lights are on the same part of the electricity circuit as our lounge, and that is in darkness as I have had to turn that fuse switch off

I need an specialist finding transformers, from the fuse box come out a power of 230v that’s going to a transformer to convert it to 24v, the problem is I haven’t got 230v or 24v on the ceiling point and I can’t find the transformer.

Hi, I need help fixing this wall switch (photos attached). When I press the “Boost” button, the lights turn on but start flickering, and it makes a buzzing or electrical noise. It sounds like there's an electrical fault inside the box. Please get in touch if you know how to fix it. Thank you!

I need to find where is located the driver that converts the 240v to 24v, I got 240v going out from the fuse box but nothing on the light point not even 24v, I can’t find the transformer. Need to be done tomorrow morning. Thank you

The tile will need to be cut to suit the double socket on the kitchen wall.

My electric shower unit Triton T80 had its pressure relief go, which means there is pressure built up in the system or the showerhead. The pressure relief needs to be replaced, as well as the showerhead. Please give me a complete cost including the spares (showerhead should be a medium priced one, not the super cheap ones as that is what blew the relief..) and everything included, i will not renegotiate pricing after a deal is made, as the landlond needs to OK it. Looking at how much a new official showerhead costs as well as the pressure relief, i would also like to know the total cost of replacing the whole unit as some of them can be had (the same one, more modern i believe) in screwfix for £120.

Handyman / electrician needed in order to drill holes in kitchen unit and run extension lead from wall socket, through kitchen unit to space above fridge. Looking to minimise view of extension lead cord. Holes will need to be drilled in kitchen unit. 15mm - 20mm holes should be sufficient. Plug will need to be detached and reattached from extension lead to minimise the size of the holes needed. Extension lead provided. Tools not provided. Please see photos provided as a guide.
