Remove a disused electric cable from within the fireplace flue. The cable enters the fireplace ~ 3.2m above ground level within the fireplace, and then exits the fireplace again. There is no sign of the cable in the walls of the rooms on the other side of the chimney flue.

Please quote AC installation separately and state whether supplying the unit is included. I will dig and backfill the garden trench to your agreed specification. I can also lay the specified cable if agreed beforehand, leaving it exposed for inspection before backfilling. Please exclude excavation from your quote. Top-floor flat, N11. My damp survey recommends a vent in the rear bedroom chimney breast. The stack has been removed and the fireplace sealed, and the breast is showing high moisture readings, likely condensation trapped in the flue. Job: - Cut in and fit a vent grille to the chimney breast - Check whether the flue top in the loft is sealed and advise if it also needs venting - Make good the plaster

Electric bed dismantled and put in garage.

I have two electrical sockets in my kitchen that are not working. In one of the two I can’t get the plug in. I’m not sure why the other socket is not working

There is a burnt socket on the first floor which needs to replaced. The light on the ground floor has stopped working, the dimmer switch doesnt appear to "click" anymore so I think it's a broken dimmer switch.
