I have installed a lamp in the ceiling. However the light never quite turns off so I would need a rewiring done and to fit the lamp properly to the ceiling. Whoever does the task needs to have a small ladder to reach the ceiling. I have a small one but would be uncomfortable to work with unless you are at least 1m90cm tall.

I have a megaflo unvented cylinder. It currently works when I turn on the boost but it doesn’t have hot water when i leave it on timed. Would like to get a third party opinion whether the cylinder is working. Just needs checking.

We tried to change the speed on it and now it is being quite jittery and not moving at full speed. For the tap, we had to manually flood the combi boiler after being away from the holidays and now the hot water pressure in one of the taps is low.

Light circuit in one room has failed. Light bulb blew first, Fuse box switch for lighting circuit has NOT TRIPPED. I think problem is three gang dimmer switch (?). Put up a garden light - replace old one with new

Fix a dimmer switch in kitchen and change 2 bulbs in the bathroom.

We have two outdoor sensor lights that I suspect have water in the system from the rain yesterday. They are low level on a staircase to the basement, so no ladder is needed The outdoor sensor lights are on the same part of the electricity circuit as our lounge, and that is in darkness as I have had to turn that fuse switch off

My electric shower unit Triton T80 had its pressure relief go, which means there is pressure built up in the system or the showerhead. The pressure relief needs to be replaced, as well as the showerhead. Please give me a complete cost including the spares (showerhead should be a medium priced one, not the super cheap ones as that is what blew the relief..) and everything included, i will not renegotiate pricing after a deal is made, as the landlond needs to OK it. Looking at how much a new official showerhead costs as well as the pressure relief, i would also like to know the total cost of replacing the whole unit as some of them can be had (the same one, more modern i believe) in screwfix for £120.
