Fitting a 255cm bended / curved curtain track.

Curtain pole has fallen down and needs to be securely refitted. As shown in the photos, adhesive/glue was previously used around the fitting. The wall is plasterboard and seems difficult to secure with screws alone. It may require additional adhesive, suitable heavy-duty fixings, and potentially a new wooden mounting piece due to the old adhesive residue. One air tasker already attempted the repair but wasn’t able to find a secure solution, so I’m looking for someone experienced with plasterboard walls/new-build properties who can properly and safely secure the pole, as the curtains are quite heavy. The task should probably take maximum 1hour

I have 8 curtain rails that need fitting. They are mainly 200 and 300 cm in length. They have been bought with the fittings. They are all straight. there is one double pole kit. Some need shortening a bit - the website Poles and Blinds said that a hacksaw could be used to do this. There are no old curtain pole fixtures. They are to go on the walls which are made of brick.

I need help installing my new blinds. I think it’s a masonry wall, and I can’t drill the holes deep enough for the screws provided with my 20V cordless drill and masonry drill bits (I’m only able to get 22mm into the wall instead of the 30mm that’s required). I think it requires a hammer or SDS drill, but I’d appreciate someone’s expertise to ensure the job is done correctly.

Your Task Details Install an IKEA VIDGA ceiling-mounted curtain track across my approximately 3m-wide patio doors & 97cm wide bedroom window. I need the track securely fixed to the ceiling with suitable fixings for the ceiling construction, levelled and joined correctly, with the curtain gliders/hooks installed. Please ensure the fixings are strong enough to support full-length curtains and that the curtains clear the door handles. It is a new build house so we need to be mindful of any beams or ceiling joists.
