Hi there, Can you please assist with the below issue? Issue: The motorised blinds in our living room are stuck all the way down and now won't come back up. When we pressed the "down button" the blind caught on a chair and it kept rolling. The blinds have now rolled down onto the floor further than their original setting.When we pressed the "up" button, the motor won't pull them back upwards. We tried this a few times, and the motor at the top "popped" with a loud bang and a flash. We're unsure if this was a fuse issue or not. I’ve attached some photos of the blinds.
