There’s a flat that has a very specific smell that won’t go away. It’s not a bad smell or a good smell it’s just a smell. There was a fire in the building next door a few years ago and the landlord tells me that it could be related but I’m not sure. I just want the smell gone.

Double job: My dishwasher requires a spring replacement on it’s door. The door does not open or close properly. I have a Beko dishwasher, model: DIN15R10. Additionally, I need to replace the small wall hangers to be able to hold up a heavy wooden piece of art in the shape of a mural.

The door to my integrated fridge/freezer needs fixing. 2 hinges need fixing. I ordered a new integrated fridge/freezer this week. The men who came to install the fridge/freezer would not fit it as they said that the door is not safe and so I won't be able to get a new fridge/freezer until it's fixed. As it's a big door they suggested fixing another hinge to the door so that it has 4 hinges instead of 3. I am worried that if the job is not done properly when I arrange for the new fridge/freezer to be redelivered they will refuse to install it again. Ideally I would like someone who has experience in this area.

I recently purchased a Bosch Serie 6 dishwasher, and shortly after installation, I encountered an issue with the water not draining during the wash cycle. I attempted to troubleshoot it myself, but now I'm getting the error E:61-03. I need someone to come and fix the issue today. Smeg toaster will not stay down but still works when handle is held down manually - think the elements on one side are faulty as only heats up on the inside panels not the exterior panels
