I have 1 large and 5medium art works in would like hung almost like an organised collage on a wall.

Rendering a wall (small area) in my back garden.

Decommissioning of 1 x Power Point & Aerial Point Install 1 x new double power point (living area) Replace hob switch Replace pendant lights in kitchen with LED downlighting Replace current downlighting to LED (6 lights)

Need damage on walls fixed and repainted. Ignore budget.

I require a 1.65kg pendant light fitting (no hard wiring required as it is a feature only) to be attached to bedroom plasterboard ceiling. I assume a toggle type plug will be required to anchor it.

Five circular holes in 13mm ceiling plasterboard. Each 70mm diameter. Ex-downlights. Ceiling height 2.7m. Need a plasterboard plug and finishing plaster. Painting by others.

Put a 2-plug power point somewhere under the countertop in kitchen. One plug for igniter for a replacement gas cooktop. One plug for igniter and controller for a replacement gas oven. Old gas oven has an LED display. That indicates that there is power in/near the oven cavity. Countertop and cupboards are melamine and MDF (in case you need to drill holes). Place was renovated 15 years ago. If you are on site, and it is more complicated, send me pictures and let me know what it will take. Once power points are in, I will get a gas fitter to hook up the new cooktop (already on site) and new oven (once I have one delivered) and to take the old ones for recycling. - Due date: Flexible

The fee is for a quote for works to be quoted properly. We have some minor roof repairs with plastering and repainting from a water leak. You must be QBCC licensed and able to invoice us under your license. It is minor, however we need this done asap. We also have some things to screw up on a wall in a shop at South Bank which will need to be a 7:00am job to do please in the coming week. - Due date: Before Sunday, 5 November 2023
