Hi there we need to move on existing power point which is currently behind the washing machine and dryer in the photo to the left as marked in green and another one we need added behind the cabinet. All the old cabinet is being removed so easy access is there to install one behind the cabinets as will be open space once all demolished. So offer required for one move and one additional power point.

There are three exterior rendered walls. Pics below 2 x Coats of paint I have the paint. 25L Dulux Weathershield It's really just the exterior, as the interior of these walls will have soil. You would only need to protect the front stairs from splatter.

Work is ONLY for placement of plasterboard, nothing else. Can do October, Tueday the 15th, Saturday the 19th, Sunday the 20th, Tuesday the 22nd. I’m putting up a layer of 13mm Soundchek plasterboard/drywall on the walls and ceiling of my home theatre room to improve soundproofing. This is on TOP of the existing wall AND ceiling. The room is 7.4m x 4.7m x 2.42m. Please refer to the pictures for more information. There are a few power outlets and switches. 1 Aircon unit in the ceiling and 2 fans. I have 26 pieces of 1.2m x 3m Plasterboard (Soundchek 13mm). Each piece is very heavy! I have 65mm plaster screws supplied as well. There is a soundproofing layer of vinyl in between the existing walls, so it’s all prepped and ready to go. I really need someone experienced with drywall/plasterboard installation and MUST HAVE a plaster lift to help make the job smoother. Once the plasterboard is up, I can handle the rest. Note: If you do not want to do the ceiling, please make an offer for just the walls. Looking for someone reliable and experienced to get the job done right! I have done plastering before but this is definitely a 2 man job. I will be helping as I have experience in putting plasterboard up.

Recently had the tiling done to the 2 bathroom walls and had to cut the corners in the batroom ceiling for tiling . Need 2 bathroom corners installed to the 2 bathroom ceiling. Batroom 1 ceiling corner is 1640MM X 1840 MM APPROX Bathroom 2 ceiling corner is 3400 MM to 3300MM APPROX. Corners to be included in the price.

I am getting three old aircons removed. They hand half inside and half outside the rooms. So i need holes to be plastered from inside and rendered outside on blueboard
