We filled some cracks after electrical chases with the wrong filler (picture shown) We need a plasterer to come and fix asap as we need to paint ready for kitchen installation on Monday Plaster and tools is not included but happy to reimburse the bunnings invoice

Two exterior lights on the rear ground floor of a house need to be disconnected and made safe for the wall to be rendered. Rendering booked for the week starting 22 September. I am able to be at home on Tuesdays and Friday afternoons, from 12pm. Thanks.

Bathroom is being renovated and gutted - I need someone to re-plaster before waterproofing. The bathroom is 3 x 2 and ceiling and walls to around half height will need to be replaced, where the existing tiles have been removed. You can see the current bathroom in the photos. The ceiling has a hole from recent storm damage and needs patching rather than replacing the whole lot. Price is for labour, materials on top of this. Needs to be done on 15 September.

I need the existing steel window awning (see photo) replaced with traditional timber version (see example photo). This will require removal of existing, building of new one including, painting, sheeting, making good flashing, rainwater disposal.

Sauna and Ice Bath are on site and need installation. Assembly is straight forward and will require two people for the Sauna. Videos on assembly will be provided. No Plumbing, both 10 amp wall plugs

Require rendering to match the existing wall around newly installed window. Required for interior and exterior. See photos for example. Opening is roughly 500x1000mm.

Any one can fix the gyprock wall?

I have 10-15 pictures that need hanging in my newly renovated ground floor unit. They are mostly light weight, some are fairly large but still light weight. I'm pretty sure I know where I want them but may need to discuss placement on the day. My ideal time is before 7am or after 5pm, or on weekends.
