We have a finger wall which is needs to be built up to comply with wa pool fence standards. The current wall is 1135mm and we need to raise it to ~1225mm. The finger wall is ~300mm by 195mm. Quite small. We would then need to add a light render to it. So the requirements are to build the wall up about 90mm and render. The job is available to do at anytime from 7am to 7pm. We have plenty of used masonry bricks that can be used but you'll need to cut them to size.

I'm looking for a quality finish at a reasonable price and would prefer someone who can complete the entire job, including preparation and materials. 1. Internal solid plastering I have three internal brick walls that need to be solid plastered to achieve a smooth finish ready for painting. * **Wall 1:** 6 m wide × 2.9 m high (17.4 m²). * **Wall 2:** 8 m wide × 2.9 m high (23.2 m²), with three large door openings. * **Wall 3:** 6 m wide × 2.9 m high (17.4 m²), with a large double-door opening and a large window. The total gross wall area is approximately 58 m² before deducting door and window openings. The work includes preparing the brickwork, applying suitable plaster, finishing the surfaces smoothly and making good around all door and window openings. 2. External rendering I also need the following external brick walls rendered: * **Wall 1:** The external side of the 8 m × 2.9 m wall listed above, with three large door openings. * **Bathroom wall 1:** 3.6 m × 2.1 m, with a door and window. * **Bathroom wall 2:** 3 m × 2.1 m, with a large window. The remaining bathroom wall does not require rendering. The external brickwork is currently painted, so the existing paint will need to be removed or appropriately prepared before rendering. Please advise on the most suitable method for the brickwork and include this preparation in your quote. 3. Materials and requirements Please specify whether your quote includes: * All plastering and rendering materials. * Labour and equipment. * Preparation of existing brickwork. * Paint removal and surface preparation. * Finishing around door and window openings. * Site protection and cleanup. * Any additional costs or exclusions. I need these bricks cleaned up rendered and ready for painting

I would like to gyprock my lounge and cover the internal bricks which I attempted to paint, which now unfortunately they cannot be rendered smooth. The lounge room has only three sides of the internal bricks, with the wall going to our outdoor area only has two very low walls. We also have a bar in the lounge which you can see in the photos that would also need to be covered and has a slight curve. Wanting the job done as soon as possible.
