Need some mould washed off from ceiling, small plaster repair and repaint. Also need some screws drilled into ceiling as ceiling is sagging. I can supply the materials and a ladder. Could possibly suit a carpenter with experience in painting and cleaning mould or even an apprentice carpenter. Work is this Saturday or Sunday. Prefer someone local around Heidelberg area as there will likely be more ongoing work.

Demolition Work: · Front Verandah: Tear down and remove a ~4m x 4m (16sqm) verandah structure. This includes the roof, posts, and any attached framing. The site needs to be left clean and ready for the next stage. · Back Pergola: Tear down and remove a ~2.5m x 13m (32.5sqm) pergola structure. 2. Rebuild Work: · Back Pergola Only: We want to rebuild a new pergola in the same location and footprint as the old one (~2.5m x 13m). · I am open to discussing materials and design, but I am looking for a sturdy, well-constructed and also cost effective pergola.

I have a 6m secondhand, motorised, retractable awning that I need fitted to the side of our home over the deck. The awning comes with specialised brackets that allow attachment to the roof. I'm looking for an experienced awning installer who can assess the structural components of the walls/roof to ensure the awning is safely mounted. Advice about placement of the electrical socket to power the unit is also required. If you are a qualified electrician, then even better. Ideally you will also have experience in the maintenance of motorised awnings and can advise me about the unit. Given the size of the unit I assume you will require a team of one or two extra workers to assist you.

Part of an internal wall has been removed due to plumbing work and I need a plasterer to remove the remainder of the wall and replace the plasterboard on the whole wall. Wall size approx: 2950mmx230mm.

I need a small inspection cut made in my drywall/plasterboard to check for possible moisture/mould inside the wall cavity. Cut should be around 10–15cm square (enough to inspect behind the wall). Tasker will need to locate wall studs first to ensure the cavity section chosen is not on/near a stud. No need to patch/repair afterwards (just the cut and leave the off-cut piece).

There are several small holes and small dents i need repaired before I move out next week.

Need plaster wall and ceiling for ensuite, WIR and Laundry Ensuite tiling will be floor to ceiling. Need to install battens for Ensuite and WIR Plaster on site

Move PowerPoint on wall approx 20cm lower on plaster wall. Need the original placement to be plastered over (flat) so we can hang a TV bracket over it. Reason: our TV hangs below the mantle piece. This is because the power point is in the way of where the TV bracket needs to be.

Simple render of the top and side of fireplace 1m high, 2m wide. Note only the top and 1 side to be done. The depth is 250mm only. It should be a quick job done in less than an hour for an experienced concreter handy with the plastering trowel. Davo render mix is provided for you to mix, 20kg

I am not sure what the term is but all the walls listed below needs a plasterboard or sheet plastering. Walls need to be prepped for painting as well. Painting will be done by myself. Living areas, I have circled the places that the plastering is needed Laundry room on the left photo I will need both front and back wall plastering and the right photo plastering. Back hall, all circled areas needs plastering Walk way, all circled areas needs plastering, also inside the cupboard need plastering as well just at the bottom.
