I need 2 PowerPoints installed in a bedroom that’s on the second level of a brick veneer townhouse. As you can see, original power points are not in the right location to: Bedside and Dresser.

The hole is roughly circular/oval in shape and approximately 30–40 cm wide. The damaged section goes through the wall and will need proper patching, not just surface filling. Looking for someone experienced who can: • Cut and prepare the damaged area neatly • Install backing support if needed • Patch the hole with plasterboard • Apply filler, sand smoothly, and finish ready for painting (or include painting if possible) The wall is located near the floor (as shown in the photo), and access is easy. Garage 5.3m x 3.6m made of single brick with some double brick pillars requires an inner wall of wood frame and plasterboard. Also a ceiling is required, including new battens to be attached to beams (beams are spaced 0.8 m apart so too far apart for plaster to be attached without battens) Garage door to be replaced with a sliding door (I purchase this). Any gaps around this filled with wood or wall. Also needed is a 2.3 section of internal single-sided plaster wall separating garage from the adjacent shed/studio. Photos have wood airing against walls and boxes - these will be moved by me asap.

There are few holes in ceiling that need covering up and just one hole on wall that needs patching up ready for paint will only need Battons or timbers 4hrs 400

I need a plasterer to come in and fix a ceiling issue in my garage . The problem is the ceiling in one part has come off tye fixing and fallen on it the garage door which is rubbing on the door each time it’s opening and closing . I will need to work with the plasterer and the garage door installer/service tech to have the door dropped , before the plasterer gets on site to fix . Once plaster is fixed I will refit the door

Garage ceiling has collapsed due to water damage. Timber beams in the ceiling may also be soft. Garage door cannot open fully. Screws not enough to raise ceiling. Will require plasterer to repair ceiling.
