Electrical & plumbing tradies
When you hire a tradie to work with electricity, gas, or water, they’ll need special qualifications, training, and equipment to keep you and your house safe from fires, flooding, and property damage. Looking for a handyman to do two quick small repair jobs on one 3.6m long bedroom wall: Skirting Board Supply & Installation: One wall is missing about 3/4 of its skirting board. I need the remaining small piece removed and put in the gap on the left wall, and 1 single, continuous new length of skirting board supplied, cut, painted and installed across the full length of the wall so it looks seamless. Wall Patching: There are two holes in the plasterboard wall, each slightly larger than a standard double power point. These need to be securely patched, filled, and sanded back flush, and painted. The powerpoints in the pics have been removed. I don't have any material or tools etc, but can get matching paint if that helps to have it ready when you arrive.

We have some new batwing for doors for the top of our external stairs. We need them and their hardware installed. I have selected a rim lock with knob, cabin hooks, and panic bolt. I picked a rim lock because it is much easier to install than mortise locks so please take that into consideration when quoting.

Replace 1x Double Power Point: I have already purchased the new Hager Silhouette power point (see photo). It is a like-for-like replacement. 2. Replace 1x Kitchen Downlight: One integrated LED downlight is out (see photo). Please provide a new LED downlight fitting and install it for me. IMPORTANT: The existing lights are WARM WHITE (yellowish light). Please ensure the replacement matches this color temperature exactly. Requirements: Must be a licensed electrician. Provide an Electrical Safety Certificate upon completion. Quote should be all-inclusive (labor, call-out fee, and the cost of the new Warm White LED fitting).
