I need to have a split system air-conditioning system installed along with an additional PowerPoint. The system needs to be installed by a qualified electrician who can supply a certificate of compliance. This is a new system and he’s not replacing an existing system.

Garage interior roof drywall repair. New hot water flue required drywalll to be cut and removed. It is fire resistant drywall. Job is to repair. and grout to paint finish. Actual painting can be included or excluded. Dimensions: width of repair 470mm, length 8m

Kitchen Powerpoint not working

Need someone to bring the bulb (buy it) and install into lighting fixture. One bulb needs replacing, all others are working. Must have a tall ladder as ceiling is 10ft tall. Bulb specifications are pictured. Fix 2 Ethernet wall plugs (the switch has fallen behind accidentally after pushing it in too hard). Switches work perfectly fine - it’s just the cable has fallen into wall 2-4cm.

Our plasterer had an accident and can’t finish the renovation. Need done ASAP to move in before Christmas.

Gyprock wall patch needs section of wall replaced following a poor repair. 1000mm wide x 750mm high to patch $200 includes labour and materials but has to be done tomorrow 10- 2pm Brisbane cbd.

Awning needs to be re-attached to privacy screen. High reaching ladder is required (or similar). The privacy screening is also on a slope. Pictures show the awning that is still in place as to how the awning is to look again once reattached. If able to quote via pictures here would be great or price can be discussed on site.
