Paint a brick re dered house. Plus window frames on front of house. And only one side of house all the same colour. Double story house

I have a 1970's home where the plaster has sagged on the roof in the living room + 2 x bedrooms. I am looking to potentially get it done as square set edges and redo the ceiling and any other areas. What I'm looking for at this stage is a plastered who can come and view the area and let me know what has caused the sag and any specifics. Happy to then discuss plastering the house with them (another job). Seeking one hour of your time in person please. Let me know if you would like any photos.

I need to create a finished opening in a plasterboard wall between the pantry and the laundry. • No door required, just an open passage. • Opening size approx. [insert measurements if you know them]. • The job includes cutting out the plasterboard, installing proper framing, finishing edges (plaster stopping, sanding), and leaving it ready for painting. • Clean and professional finish required. Please provide your experience with similar plasterboard/gyprock work.

Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair a small hole in an internal wall (see photo attached) – about the size of a female fist (cannot fully fit through). After repair, repaint the patched area to match the existing wall. Tasker must supply all materials, including paint, and ensure a professional finish. Must have ABN.
