Room Dimensions: 2m x 4.2m with 2.4m high ceilings. Key Requirements: Square Set Finish: No cornice is being used. I need a perfectly flush, clean square finish on all wall-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall internal corners. Uneven Joins: A few boards have uneven joins (see photos) that will need a professional touch to feather out and ensure a flat surface. Full Finish: Tape and set all recessed and butt joints, external corner beads, and all screw heads. Sanding: Final sand must be paint-ready. Curtain rail ripped away from the wall in master bedroom and left a roughly 6-6.5cm diameter hole in the plasterboard. 2 smaller/shallower holes in teenage son’s room, one around 3cm diameter and second around 6cm. We are looking for someone to tidily repair these holes as soon as possible, although we will not repaint at this stage.
