Hole in ceiling after air con replacement (1000mm x 1500mm) needs gyprock and painting and vent reinstalled.

Isolate 2 light fittings. Delete 2 light fittings. Isolate a light switch and power point.

The bottom third of the post is badly damaged but the whole post will need to be replaced along with the external cladding and the internal gyprock. We can organise the gyprock separately if necessary. We discovered the problem when we replaced the concertina doors. Post can be replaced without removing the doors. Essential to find the source of the leak and rectify it. Price is negotiable.

Hello ! Looking for someone to cover the existing balustrade or replace it to look like this one. We had this installed in November last year and it is so ugly and unfinished. I have a reference of what we have and what we are thinking we need.
