I need a perfectly flush, clean square finish on all wall-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall internal corners. Uneven Joins: A few boards have uneven joins (see photos) that will need a professional touch to feather out and ensure a flat surface. Full Finish: Tape and set all recessed and butt joints, external corner beads, and all screw heads. Sanding: Final sand must be paint-ready. Cleanliness: You must clean up all dust and plaster debris from the floor and site upon completion. Details: Materials: Please include the cost of all tape, base coat, and topping compound in your quote. Timing: Ready to start as soon as possible. Hi can we please have someone do some plastering work for us. Photos attached. Around the skylight had some water get through and need it sanded back and skimmed then a quick paint. One hole in the bedroom and when the guy fitted the range hood he shonked the cornice. Open to ideas. Photos attached. 50 an hour

Curtain rail ripped away from the wall in master bedroom and left a roughly 6-6.5cm diameter hole in the plasterboard. 2 smaller/shallower holes in teenage son’s room, one around 3cm diameter and second around 6cm. We are looking for someone to tidily repair these holes as soon as possible, although we will not repaint at this stage.

I need to have a split system air-conditioning system installed along with an additional PowerPoint. The system needs to be installed by a qualified electrician who can supply a certificate of compliance. This is a new system and he’s not replacing an existing system.

Kitchen Powerpoint not working

Need someone to bring the bulb (buy it) and install into lighting fixture. One bulb needs replacing, all others are working. Must have a tall ladder as ceiling is 10ft tall. Bulb specifications are pictured. Fix 2 Ethernet wall plugs (the switch has fallen behind accidentally after pushing it in too hard). Switches work perfectly fine - it’s just the cable has fallen into wall 2-4cm.
