Once completed, provide before-and-after photos and an invoice describing the works, as these are required for the insurance claim. The roof assessment report can be provided to the assigned plumber. Remove existing grout /sealant from the balcony perimeters, doors and floor joints. Fill gaps, inject liquid membrane repair to the balcony perimeter joints. Apply grout to all de-grouted joints. - Reseal perimeters (including door joints – verticals and horizontals. - Clean, fill and Reseal (reachable) wall breaches (holes and cracks). Grout Colour: Anthracite Grey grout and mid grey seals, with cream door frame and wall perimeter seals.
