2 story house - need to clean gutters. Can access with tall ladder from garage roof

We’re looking for an experienced audio technician or electrician to come to our commercial venue and fix our in-ceiling (roof) speaker system. The speakers are installed throughout the space and connected to an amplifier, but we’re currently having issues with sound output (either not working properly, cutting out, or not connecting correctly — happy to explain further on-site).

We need the roof gutters cleaned for our single storey (but high roof line) Victorian house. There are two rows of gutters at the front. Given that 3 sides of the roof are slate, cleaning may need to be done using a ladder from the side rather than from top of the roof. Access from one of the sides is tight possibly requiring ladder to be hoisted from the neighbours house (access is easily available). We don't necessarily need a strong pressure wash cleaning (or go overboard) but just a decent clean job to remove debris.
