I have a flat metal roof which has water ingress caused by failing solar pool heating mats. I can remove the solar mats but I need someone to replace the sheet(s) that are damaged. I may also need a review of the downpipes to ensure that water is escaping properly. It's a single storey roof and is easily accessible via a first-floor verandah.

Removal of twigs and leaves from gutters. We have gutter guard, so just need to remove the leaves etc sitting on top of the gutter guard (no need to remove and replace guard). Job involves: - around 45 metres of single storey gutter with no/light leaf fall, with a couple of heavier areas. - around 20 metres of second storey gutter with light leaf fall. - around 10 metres of gutter valleys with heavy leaf fall. Plus a small area of leaves and sticks resting on the roof. All leaves etc to be put in green bin or removed from site.
