When the hot and cold taps are fully turned off the shower head still leaks hot water. Suspect a washer requires replacement, but requires route cause analysis and resolution

1) Mount a 55" TV on the wall. Mount has been purchased and comes with a template for screwing holes in the wall. I have attempted this myself using a stud finder but I failed, 3 of the holes don't have a stud behind them. You will need to locate the studs and let me have a think if the TV can still be centered on the wall in its new position. If I still want it near my original position, I may request that you go to the Bunnings nearby (3.2km away), get the required pine and plasterboard, and fix up the original holes I drilled. I will pay for the materials (including reasonable excess). 2) Mount shelves on the wall underneath the TV. Shelves are the black ones shown in one of the photos. I have 2 sets of shelves, so a total of 6 pieces. 3) Mount a rectangular mirror on the wall. 4) Fix a toilet seat that came off. Let me know your rates. The $5 budget I stated on this post is NOT my real budget. I just don't know what to expect. Location is in Yarraville 3013, near Francis St.

Need our shower head fit off properly flush to the wall currently a gap as the pipe is too long and there is no shower head gap piece to ensure water is not getting into the wall behind the tiles.

After a water main around the corner burst and caused a drop in pressure, this kitchen tap has continued to leak… it isn’t bad but obviously had dirt in it or needs a washer..

Switch off water mains, uninstall old shower head, install new arm and shower head, turn mains water back on. This is a townhouse, water mains valve very stiff, if not stuck.

The inlet value in my toilet is not turning off, replaced seal but float won’t trigger water to stop now. Have a new inlet but can’t seem to hook it up to toilet (is correct style side inlet but changing from a Siamp 95l to a flush master side inlet)

shower is leaking, photos attached. The water is leaking to the outside of the bathroom. Need a diagnosis and fix. Not looking for a bandaid fix, need to identify root cause and fix that. this shower was recently renovated, 10months ago.
