Looking for a licensed plumber to straighten and tidy two outdoor garden taps and fittings that were installed slightly crooked by the builder. The pipes and backflow valves appear fine — just want the taps re-aligned, fittings tightened, and everything looking neat again. Replace any small seals, thread tape, or fittings only if necessary.

Hi, our hot water system has been playing up, this morning there was no hot water coming. Brand is on the pic, was intalled when the house was built in 2022.

I have a new Rheem hot water system installed last month. A thief stole a part as shown in the attached photo and it’s not working now. I require a plumber to install this part and make this working again.

Hii , i am renting a place and by accidentally i broke the ceramic sink .. i tried it fixing by ( selleys knead it multi purpose epoxy and tile touch up kit from bunnings ) can anyone come to my place and fix it .. but it doesn’t really worked …. my budget is $50 …. The sink has some cracks …

But, Being brand new house build from Carlisle Homes, they already go through lots of compliance check , so I am not willing to raise cooktop higher then bench. These Check Hero people looking some issue to make money. So other Two issue need to be resolve and obviously compliance certificate. Thanks.

There is a potential water leak in the bathroom behind bathtub. Need someone to come have a look and check what is the reason for water pooling and prepare and give us a formal report so that I can share it with my builder as proof.
