We have a shop in Windsor Brisbane and I need copper water pipe and PVC pipe (drain pipe) extended around the exterior of the building and put through the brickwork into two separate rooms i.e. there will be 4 holes through the wall (2 x copper, 2 x PVC). Inside both rooms the copper pipe will run to the tap above the sink and PVC pipe will be needed to take away sink water (all pipework will run under the tables, not in the walls). In addition, in one of the rooms, the copper pipe will also need to split to fill up the water container, In the same room the PVC pipe also needs to have a place (fork pipe with a cap) where a second PVC pipe can be connected (at a later date). Dis-assemble the existing panel and remove them off the roof Replacing 3 roof sheets: 1. Install 3 x roof sheets to suit existing lengths removed 2. Remove 3 x roof sheets from section where solar panels where installed 3. Refit barge / ridge capping to suit new sheets installed 4. Remove old roof screws with rusted heads and replace with new Materials (roof sheets, roof screws, skip bin hire, ...) are paid by me. The faucet in the toilet is leaking. Water valve that controls water supply to the toilet cannot be switched off. It is supposed to be off when turned vertical. The toilet has water running all the time. Please see the attached photos

Hot water in the kitchen is fine. In the bathroom, the sink and shower water temperatures are quite low. Not freezing cold but barely above room temperature. The hot water is gas and is a common system to all units. There is a tempering valve under the bathroom sink which is about 5-6 years old however adjusting this doesn’t make much temperature difference. I even tried turning off the normal water completely from the main but I think the tempering valve causes the flow of hot water to stop completely. - Due date: Flexible

Am in the process of installing a new Ikea kitchen, and the sink is moving about a metre or so to the left of its current position, while a dishwasher is going in where it currently is. Need plumbing to match. Also need to terminate the gas line to the gas cooker, as it's being replaced with electric. If you can terminate and disconnect the gas at the meter, even better, though I think I might have to get Origin in for that (?). House is an old Queenslander, and has plenty of space under the floor for access. Am planning to demo existing kitchen tomorrow, so should be ready to go for Thursday.
