We have a sink in our lounge that we would like to have disconnected. I need someone to disconnect the taps and (I think) put an end cap on. The unit it’s is in is going to be thrown away - we are removing it all so we can cut around the unit if that helps I am happy to help get the job done. Need a plumber with excavator. Dig trench to follow existing pipe to find blockage and where it connects to storm water pipe. Have cut pipe at original blockage as shown in photo. Need to follow it to find where it connects to storm water. Probably need to replace a section of pipe and find/solve the blockage. Probably need a plumber camera up the pipe.

Water is leaking from the bottom of handle of the water tap. Should be a lossen part inside. Need someone to fix.

Apologies guys, I had posted this earlier and a family matter had taken my focus off this. Thank you to everyone who put in an offer. We've got 2 bathroom taps that are constantly dripping and now 1 has a slow leak onto the bench top when in use. I simply need cartridges replaced on both. The half flush button on my toilet is also suppressed and won't come back to its original position. Could someone please assist me with these 2 small jobs, thanks.
