Hi I have 2 sinks that might need some fixing and would appreciate if someone could please assist in rectifying the issues for a fair price. Water leaking at the bottom of the kitchen sink when water drains where the pipe connecting the sink to the drainage appears to be slightly dislodged. Water leaking in the bathroom sink. Shower drain appears blocked in bathroom of apartment. I can see something in another pipe that isn’t showing up on my photos.

I have a toilet with an inwall cistern. A plumber has looked at it, replaced a washer and it's still the same, if not worse. I need a licensed plumber who specialises in inwall cisterns to fix it. I think the insides need to be replaced now.

I have a toto washlet and I need a licensed plumber to install it. The challenge is: the toilet's water line/tank is behind the wall. As you can see the wall you'd need to deal with is a hollow tile wall that's 11cm from the real wall. One option is to tap into the water line feeding the sink, punch through the wall, feed the hose through the hollow tile wall, coming out the left side of the toilet. But I'm no plumber, I'm sure you'd have better ideas but the bidets water intake is on the left side. - Due date: Flexible

The frame that holds the shower head has rusted and broken off so needs to be replaced. The hose that leads to the shower head is leaking and also might require replacing. Due date: By 19th of Feb. Due date: Before Sunday, 19 February 2023

I am looking for a licenced/insured plumber to do the following in my apartment in Travancore. - Replace Bath Trap: - Cut access hole in plaster wall in bedroom (500mm x 500mm approx) - Remove existing waste pipe for bath (the current product doesn't meet Australian standard) - Supply/Install new plug and washer connecting to PVC waste pipe which has been provided beneath bath to meet Australian standards - Test and certify - Patch the access hole, paint (the whole wall if needed to match existing) Currently, there are no issues with the bath. This is just a preventative measure: we've been advised by the building management that the current bath waste pipe doesn't meet Australian standards.
