Toilet seat at my workplace (in Clayton ) is leaking, Concrete pit at my house (in Springvale) is clogged. Workplace and home both are nearby (10 minutes drive).

Getting new replacement drop in sink installed in my laundry. Need to cut/adjust drain pipes

I had the shower head and base replaced by a plumber. The plumber removed the tiles to change the base and then re-tiled the area. However, now when I turn on the shower, the tap below also turns on at the same time. I’d like someone to remove the tiles and reinstall the shower head and base properly so that the tap doesn’t turn on automatically with the shower. Please see the attached video for reference.

My toilet has developed a leak where it meets the floor and needs professional repair. The work involves removing the toilet pan, replacing the rubber seal at the base, reinstalling the pan and securing it with screws to the floor, and applying a waterproof seal around the base. This is specifically a base leak issue as the water supply connection is functioning correctly. I'm available during business hours Monday through Friday for access to complete this repair. I need to replace 1.need to upgraded old laundry vanity to new one in the laundry room, change water tap. 2. Also needs to replaced and install a metal down pipe in front of the property. 3. 3 doors locks needs to be replaced. Been having Flush & Inlet valve issues. The water supply weren’t fill in the water after flushed. so we lifted up the lid and use only the flexible hose to bring the water supply refilling of the cistern with water after a flushed. But now the flexible hose is leaked and not working anymore. Need this fixed with replacing parts price quotes included only.
