Washing machine taps leaking when connected, Leaks repaired and taps set up for washing machine use, leaking everywhere.

I am overseas and the property needed cleaning. Last thing agent has pointed out is some hairs/dust particles in the wash basin. I just need help for someone to go and turn the tap on.. Cold water tap keeps running even after it is turned off

Repair Gutter, because it can't drain because of tilt, add a drainage pipe. See picture positions 0,1,2 are marked. There is a drainage pipe at position 0. Because the house is inclined to the opposite direction, the drainage pipe cannot be drained. The height of the two ends of the Gutter has been adjusted and it is still insufficient for drainage. Therefore, it is necessary to add a drain pipe at position 1 or 2.

My kitchen tap has became loose. It still works but cannot get it to screw back in. My toilet also ‘runs’ every few flushes where I need to hit the side to get it to stop running. I also need to move my washing machine out of the cavity so I can clean behind it and have it put back in
