Aquamax hot water system not working. Tried lighting pilot with no luck. Woke up to no hot water this morning.

This leak appears to be getting worse, it's in my daughters bedroom in my apartment in ringwood. I have asked body corporate, and despite the entire building being full of leaks I have to investigate. Its in the roof just near the wardrobe, near the bathroom. I've stuck my head Inside the"mamhole " amd can see a lot of pipes and joins.

Water is leaking from the valve which is connected to the main connection in the garden.

Following problem: there's a bad smell from the drains in the laundry room and the kid room's bathroom. Having a bath or a shower causes gurgling sounds in drains in other rooms and worsens the smell there. Shower water drains only slowly. Toilet in laundry was previously observed to have lower than normal water level in the bowl.
