The Kitchen sink mixer tap needs to be removed and replace with a new tap. New sinker mixer tap will be provided and will just require fixing in the kitchen.

Reposting the job as I had to make an emergency overseas travel. Needed to replace 3 cartridges for basin mixer taps. Phoenix brand. See attached pics for details of 45mm flat cartridges. Tried buying cartridges from Bunnings, but they won’t sit in the faucet. Guess we need to replace mixers. I am happy to procure three mixers. Open for combined offer as well. No hot water coming in two taps, hence ned them done ASAP.

Hey! My bathroom mixer tap has come loose and is lifting out of the sink - you can see the braided hoses underneath in the photos. Looking for someone with plumbing experience to install a replacement mixer tap. Picture attached. Mixer will be provided. Isolate water to house and fixture. There's water leaking out from 2 showers at the ground surface level. Shower dimensions- 1. 900mm x 900mm 2. 1600mm x 900mm Leaks were identified by a plumber through flood test. There is no leakage in the plumbing. Plumber suggested that the grouting seems to be problematic and has gaps. Attached are pics of both shower where the leakage is.

Toilet is thoroughly blocked. I've tried plunging and using baking soda + vinegar with hot water but no luck. Water does drain through slowly, so I'm hoping it's not too big of a job and just need someone with a good toilet auger.

I suspect it may need a new wax seal (or equivalent seal replacement), but I'd appreciate an assessment and repair. Hand bidet repair: The hand bidet in the bathroom needs to be installed for both the toilets (Master and Guest). Water heater connection: One of the connections/hoses to the water heater is dripping and likely needs the hose replaced to stop the leak. I can purchase the required materials. The cleaning brush Brocken and went into the toilet. It’s not completely blocked and water goes well but not quick. Need someone to take this brush out. Note I have tried the burnings tool and no good. Need someone to check with camera and take this brush out.

Main toilet currently blocked, had plumbers by last week to unblock with plunger ect. But blocked again so toilet needs to be removed and water jetted to clear any blockage.
