Hey! My bathroom mixer tap has come loose and is lifting out of the sink - you can see the braided hoses underneath in the photos. Looking for someone with plumbing experience to install a replacement mixer tap. Picture attached. Mixer will be provided. Isolate water to house and fixture. Supply and Install replacement Mixer Tap and seal to sink. Reinstate water supply and test on completion. Including new mini stops and hoses.

There's water leaking out from 2 showers at the ground surface level. Shower dimensions- 1. 900mm x 900mm 2. 1600mm x 900mm Leaks were identified by a plumber through flood test. There is no leakage in the plumbing. Plumber suggested that the grouting seems to be problematic and has gaps. Attached are pics of both shower where the leakage is.
