Hi. There is water leak from water pipe that located under LHS concrete door step. Need to drill concrete to get access. Same issues have been happended near RHS of door step 1 years ago and resolved.

My current kitchen mixer tap is leaking from its base, causing water to seep into the particleboard under the sink. I will supply a new tap (pull out mixer) and would like it to be properly secured. The particleboard under the sink already has some water staining. I'm looking for someone experienced with plumbing and tap repairs/installations, so that the the leak does not reoccur. A qualified plumber would be preferred, but an experienced handyman with proven tap repair skills will also be considered.

Hey, I got a toilet blocked in my house, it's a double-story townhouse, the blocked toilet was located in ground floor next to laundry room. It's blocked and water goes down slowly, all other bathrooms/toilets in the house are working perfect. Hence just need 1 toilet unblock work to be done. Ideally on 27th May.
