The cold water tap connected to my washing machine has been dripping for a while when open and when the machine is on. There is small pool of water at the bottom after a wash. Licensed plumber required to fix leaking shower head. Handheld shower device was recently replaced but is now leaking water (about a litre of water per day). Might require washers on the shower taps to be changed. It’s a small job, shouldn’t take more than 15minutes. Cost of replacement washers will be reimbursed if receipts/proof of purchase is provided.

The mixer tap in the bathroom is leaking

the tap is leaking at the waist where the mixer swivels and it's sealed into the sink so I can't replace it.
