Please see photo attached. When it rains the water is not draining through the pipe but flowing out, it looks like a blockage .The pipe is directly connected with the garden water tank. Also, to put few bulbs and tube light.

Handyman/Plumber to fix a loose tap on the washbasin. I think it's missing the locking nut underneath. I think it would need the half-moon rubber washer followed by the galvanized half-moon washer (Sample photo) to hold everything in place.

The washing machine gets error e24, My Bosch dishwasher is showing a “Check Water” error and there’s standing water in the bottom. I’ve already removed and cleaned the filters, but it’s still not draining properly.
