Hi, Could you please help me unblock my toilet? I believe my child accidentally flushed the plastic stand from a Bref Blue toilet freshener into the bowl, and now the toilet is blocked.

For context my upstairs toilet was semi clogged. We plunged it but it wasn’t flushing right (water seems to rise higher than usual than it would disappear slowly) Called someone out and this is their quote. He also said beside the quote a new toilet might be needed. Because the toilet might be the issue. Was wondering if we could get a second opinion and quote. Please refer to image for the quote.
