The smell is possibly from the shower drain, but I’m not 100% sure. It might just need a bleach type clean, could be as simple as that. Definitely seems to be plumbing related though, just haven’t been about to identify it.

The fridge appears to be leaking

Existing water pump broke, so we had a plumber directly connect the mains water (ie uninstall the pump). The pump supplied rainwater to the backyard lawn, front lawn, 1 toilet on the ground floor and 2 toilets on the second floor of the house (two storey). 1. Remove and replace the existing caulking around: • 2 bathroom wash basin areas • 1 kitchen sink area The current caulking is deteriorating and has visible mold/mildew. I’d like it replaced with anti-mould silicone caulk.

Our LG washing machine has connections for both cold and hot water. The cold water hose is already connected. We now want to connect the hot water hose to the tap. However, the cap on the hot water tap is extremely tight, and we’re not sure if it has been used before. We would appreciate help with connecting it properly. Hot Water pressure has drastically reduced in the house. RACV home assist advised to replace the water pressure valve located next to the water meter. So need to supply and replace the pressure valve.
