Leaking tap, wasting water :( The quote I received today was for $473 so would like to better that.

1. Replace existing kitchen tap mixer with new (supplied). 2. Change tap washers to prevent water dripping (2 laundry sink faucet and 3 garden taps). 3. Increase height of external tap pipe by 200mm (tradie to supply new pipe length).

Bathroom mixer tap leaking, not sure if it’s cold or hot. I suspect it’s washer but don’t know. No leaks under the sink, just the tap.

Toilet flush leaking water when flushing.

Toilet bowl's floor attachment is not good, so the movement made leaking at pipe underneath. Need to secure the bowl to the floor and seal and tie up the pipe connection.
