Bathroom mixer tap leaking, not sure if it’s cold or hot. I suspect it’s washer but don’t know. No leaks under the sink, just the tap.

Toilet flush leaking water when flushing.

Toilet bowl's floor attachment is not good, so the movement made leaking at pipe underneath. Need to secure the bowl to the floor and seal and tie up the pipe connection.

I have a blocked toilet upstairs in my ensuite. All the other 2 toilets are working fine. Had a guy out who used a plunger shown in the photo, didn’t work.
