I’m looking for an experienced plumber to inspect and fix a water leak in my laundry. The leak appears to be coming from the area between the washing machine and the cabinet next to it. I’m not sure whether the source is the washing machine connection/hose or plumbing inside/behind the cabinet. The cabinet cannot be accessed from the outside, so I need someone who can properly inspect the area, identify the source of the leak, and fix it if it is a plumbing issue. A bathroom mixer tap has become loose and is moving at the base. The mounting/fixing hardware underneath the basin is heavily corroded and appears to be broken (see photos). Hot water temperature too low + drops when other taps are used We’re having an issue with our hot water system and would like a plumber to inspect it. When someone is showering upstairs, if another person uses hot water downstairs (for example, washing dishes or washing hands), the shower upstairs suddenly becomes very cold. The temperature drop is significant enough that it’s difficult to continue showering. The elbow for my gas connector of gas cooktop has a crack and need to be replaced.
