A retail store in Chadstone, has a plumbing issue. Situation: We have a plumbing issue as the pump for the sink isn't draining the water properly, so there is the likelihood of an overflow of water. This is also causing the circuit to trip the power. The line is where the water is up to. Any higher, we'll be getting overflow. Additional reminders: Experienced plumber is preferred. Fix leak in flexible tube joint connected to taps

Fix the toilet flush , the top of the flush button needs to be fixed

Seems there is a leak where it connects. Pretty sure it’s the hose, may just need some plumber tape.

Blocked, possibly ‘broken’ stoneware sewerage pipe!! Have dug down 1 metre plus where Plumber’s camera showed blockage/ possible broken pipe but couldn’t find pipe. Can send photos.

When the water tap is opened to fill up the bath tub, there is a little water leaking from the base (section where the wall and the bath tub meet ) which is about 10 cms below the base of the water tap
