The existing valve is old and corroded and needs to be swapped out for a dual outlet (T-valve) stop valve so I can also connect a washing machine supply line. I have a very small en-suite in an upstairs bedroom. It was built in the 80s. I need to reposition things to get the best use out of the space. The toilet needs to turn 90° - easy: exposed above ground sewer pipe. The current shower plumbing needs to be converted into plumbing for a basin. Easy: access to behind the wall is available. The current basin needs to be deleted and converted into plumbing for the new shower. Not hard: access is possible behind wall, I need a plumber who is able to put in place the studs that will support the tap wear. I might need to have floor tiles delicately cut to accommodate a channel drain. (After all work is done, I will have the room tiled, and you will then come back to affix new toilet, vanity, shower, etc. I obviously need a quote for this work. And you will want to see the room. So, I will put a fee here of 50$ to get the ball rolling, and have you come and quote.

I need someone to help tighten one of my pedicure taps at the salon. I’ll unscrew the access panel for you, but I need someone with the right tool to properly tighten the tap, as it has become loose. There are 8 identical pedicure taps, and only one of them is playing up — it just needs a proper tighten so it stops moving. Should be a quick job for someone with plumbing experience or the right tools. Side panel is access panel for easy access.

My Samsung fridge (model SR341MLS) isn’t getting cold enough. Freezer seems okay but ice cream isnt freezing. fridge section is too warm. I’ve already adjusted the settings.
