Unblock toilet Toilet is partially blocked and draining very slowly. I’ve tried using a plunger and toilet auger but haven’t been able to clear it. Looking for someone experienced with toilet blockages who has the appropriate equipment to clear it properly and get it draining normally again. It’s just one toilet and there are no other drainage issues.

My hot water doesn’t work in my bathroom, but it does work in my kitchen. Strata manager advised that the issue is not with the hot water system, as this is working for the whole building. Internal issue is likely something to do with the tempering valve based on strata manager’s best guess
