I have a problem with a leaking balcony into my garage. I will be organising this to be repaired by a builder but will first get a structural engineer to fully assess the area and work out what scope the project requires. However he needs the ceiling to be opened up so all areas with mould are exposed. See red box on photo for area that needs removing. Additionally the engineer won’t do any invasive testing like probing joists to check the condition of the wood. I would appreciate if this could be done as part of the job.

Replace Plasterboard, and insulation to bulkhead following water damage. The area that has been removed is approx 2.3m x 0.5m. It may be easier to replace the whole area which would extend the length to 4m. There is also another area that needs to be cleaned up after some water damage. Both need be repaired to a level so that I can paint

We are installing a new toilet and need new tiles installed (4 tiles in total) and the hole in the floor patched before we put the new toilet in.

Moving out of our rental and we need to patch up a couple of small areas of paint that was taken off when trying to hang art. Additionally, fill in about 5-6 holes that were made to hang art. Should be a piss take/probs 30 mins for any painter/handyman. I don’t know the exact white paint colour.

Small patch to be repaired from recent flood damage. 4 metres high. Painting afterwards.

The outlet is loose from the drywall and needs to be fixed again and sealed and sand and patch around the outlet. Other outlets need frame replacement and dimmer channel, they broke just wear and tare.

I need someone to fix the hole and put the curtains back on. Also, have one hole in the whole in flinders. Happy to do both tomorrow
