Repair and fix hole in the wall. Paint job

Requiring a 4-4.5 meters wall to be built with either a cavity or standard door in it with a lock. and matching paint as well. essentially this will be from the wall next to the front door to the door way into the next room as we are creating an extra bedroom. This will need to be done prior to tenants arrival.

Two empty wall sockets need to be plastered. Wiring has been moved and safe.

-Back-block opening with timber battens as required. -Supply and install new section of plasterboard and set with multiple coats to a paint-ready finish. -Sand, apply sealer, and paint two walls in two coats to best match the existing colour.

Repair damaged plaster below the window. Supply and install new 13mm WR plasterboard to walls in bathroom. Square set ceiling. Repair plaster under window ready for tile lining. Plaster in bathroom is above 2400 tile datum. To bedroom side it is floor to ceiling. Circa 3.2m ceiling heights.

I have a wall that needs to be plastered. I’ve removed textured paint from it and have started sanding with the hopes of painting, but have decided it needs to be plastered properly before paint

Two holes in wall need to be filled / plastered. One is the size of a cricket ball. One is dinner plate. Can send photos.

Room is 3.6m x 3.4m. Ceiling is painted at the moment. Needs to be skim coated and walls need to be patched around the top to bring them up to being flush with the rest of the walls. Once the walls and ceiling are made good cornicing will need to be installed. I will supply the cornicing

Cutting the bottom plasterboard 10cm high from the floor in the laundry and toilet room to check if there is rotten bottom plate. The size of laundry/toilet room is 3 m x 1.6m Remove the timber frame on the angle wall under the ceiling. The timbers frame is loose
