(You'll need to create a barrier with towels or rags so the acid doesn't run under the walls.) -The sugar soap will need to be used on the wall, ceiling, fan and architrave. -You must supply all cleaning products and equipment. -NOTE: You do not need to scrape all the paint or plaster completely from the floor however the floor will need to be deep cleaned with an acidic cleaner. -NOTE: You must have done this type of work before. I want a hand painting, someone to help and stick around for an 8 hour day. It will be easier with 2 people so 1 person can roll and 1 person on brush. I am nearly half way through 1 coat, and I reckon 2 people will knock it over in a day. The underside of balcony has some decorative timber strips which are a real pain to paint with 1 person, will be easier with 1 on roller and the other on a brush using the paint from the roller.
